Key Points
Accessible directly from the main game interface, Blitz Mode allows players to choose from 10 to 1,000 spins or an unlimited option before experiencing their selection through a dedicated, accelerated interface
Playson has also designed Blitz Mode to preserve one of the most important elements of slot entertainment - player preference

Playson, the accomplished digital entertainment supplier, has launched Blitz Mode, a new feature that delivers a faster way to experience selected titles while preserving the mathematics and winning probabilities of the original games.

Accessible directly from the main game interface, Blitz Mode allows players to choose from 10 to 1,000 spins or an unlimited option before experiencing their selection through a dedicated, accelerated interface.

The simplified display brings essential information together in one place, enabling players to follow spins played, total winnings and top wins at a glance, while maintaining the option to stop whenever they choose.

Playson has also designed Blitz Mode to preserve one of the most important elements of slot entertainment - player preference. If a Bonus Game is activated, users can either continue within the streamlined Blitz interface or return to initial Main Game mode to experience the original animations.

By separating the experience layer from the underlying game mathematics, Playson can introduce a distinctly different way to interact with established content without fundamentally redesigning the titles themselves.

For operators competing for attention across increasingly extensive casino portfolios, Blitz Mode creates an additional way to present familiar content without requiring players to learn a completely new mechanic.

This approach supports the supplier’s wider approach - evolving how games are experienced while protecting the quality, clarity and mechanics at their core.

Blitz Mode is initially being introduced across top-performing titles, with Playson planning to progressively expand the feature further.

Anton Ivannikov, CPO at Playson, said: “Innovation does not always mean adding another mechanic to a game. Sometimes the opportunity is to rethink how players interact with an experience they already understand.

“With Blitz Mode, the game underneath remains the game players know, but the way they experience it can be completely different. That gives us room to innovate around speed, interface and player choice without compromising the product foundations that made those titles successful.”

Ben Wood, Chief Commercial Officer at Playson, said: “Operators today do not simply need more content; they need more ways to generate value from the content their audiences already recognise.

“Blitz Mode gives our partners another experience to offer around proven Playson titles while maintaining the game mathematics underneath. As the feature expands across our portfolio, it creates further opportunities for operators to differentiate how Playson content is presented to their players.”
