Genting Group

Genting Berhad is primarily an investment holding and management company, established to oversee various business ventures. The company was incorporated in 1968 and subsequently listed on the stock exchange in 1971.

The origins of the Genting Group date back to 1965, when its founder, the late Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong, embarked on a project to develop a mountaintop resort in Malaysia. This vision laid the foundation for the group's expansion into various sectors over the years.
