Aristocrat - Aristocrat has demonstrated a strong commitment to social responsibility, sustainability, and player protection. In FY2024, it introduced a fourth pillar to its sustainability strategy - Empowering Safer Play, which sits alongside pillars focused on Good Governance and Responsible Business, Operational Sustainability & Climate, and People & Community. Last year, Aristocrat expanded the Know Your Max ‘positive play’ consumer campaign in the US, which led to nearly 600,000 click throughs to RG materials and over 1.6 million views of the accompanying YouTube video.
DraftKings - Responsible gaming has long been a core pillar of DraftKings' business, and continues to be woven into the fabric of the company's culture and operations. This past year, DraftKings served as a founding member of ROGA, launched a multi-million dollar RG ad campaign and saw more than 11 million visits to its RG pages during the 2024 NFL season alone. DraftKings’ industry-first My Stat Sheet tool - launched in 2024 and offering players personalized insights into their gaming behavior with intuitive charts and data - has been accessed by nearly 50% of players in just 1 year.
Hard Rock International - HRI operates with a strong ESG commitment, guided by the mottos Love All-Serve All, All Is One, Save The Planet and Take Time To Be Kind. Its PlayersEdge program promotes responsible gaming, educating players and training over 18,000 team members which contributed to a 10% increase in problem gambling helpline calls in FL. The Social Identity Quest reached 1.2 million US students and 60,000 in Mexico, boosting online safety literacy by 13%. In sustainability, 83% of properties use energy-efficient technologies and have diverted over 13,600 lbs of plastic waste. HRI also leads in anti-human trafficking and DEI efforts, spending over $26m annually with indigenous-owned and local Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.
Play’n GO - Over the past year, Play’n GO took major steps forward in its sustainability efforts, guided by four pillars: Players, Partners, People, and Planet. It doubled down on responsible entertainment by rejecting game features which the company sees as exploitative, such as Bonus Buys, and put great emphasis on promoting safer gambling practices. Moreover, the company cut Scope 2 emissions by 80%. Play’n GO aligned its business with all 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals and earned top-level ESG recognition.
FanDuel - FanDuel aims to set the standard for what it means to be a responsible operator. In 2024, it expanded its RG Ambassador Program, including innovative, category-first initiatives like online RG customer sweepstakes tied to major sporting events. Ambassadors Carli Lloyd and Tom Kim encouraged bettors to set tools for a chance to win prizes, driving player engagement in a non-stigmatizing way. FanDuel also welcomed former NBA player Randy Livingston and sports agent Anita Ondine Smith to the RG ambassador program, and partnered with EPIC Global Solutions to launch Trusted Voices: Conversations About Betting, a new resource hub to help trusted adults talk to young people about gambling.
SOFTSWISS - Supplier SOFTSWISS is committed to being a responsible partner for local communities and it regularly participates in health, environmental and social initiatives, including World Environment Day, Pink October, and Movember. Last year, SOFTSWISS launched the “Help Brazil” campaign in response to devastating floods in Rio Grande do Sul. Campaign Highlights include: partnering with Rubens Barrichello Fund and Movimento União BR charity for food, water, and clothing delivery; installing water purification systems in 2 schools with the PWTECH company resulting in 300+ families gaining access to clean water.
BMM Innovation Group - BIG exemplifies responsible leadership in the gaming industry through its unwavering commitment to integrity, compliance, and social responsibility. For over four decades, BMM Testlabs - alongside its partner brands, BIG Cyber and RG24seven Virtual Training - has advanced safer, more secure gaming environments across 16 global locations. Central to BIG’s mission is the protection of players and the promotion of responsible gambling practices through regulatory adherence and education. Its work ensures operator and player trust while enabling sustainable market growth and regulatory integrity, across North and Latin America and beyond.
Betsson Group - In LatAm, Betsson Group combines profitable growth with responsible leadership. Its Boca Juniors RG campaign reached millions, prompting 1 in 5 new Argentinian customers to activate control tools from day one. With licensed operations in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Paraguay, Betsson Group is raising standards in newly regulated markets. Backed by an AAA ESG rating and 110% climate offsetting - including projects in Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia - the company’s growth is guided by purpose.
PENN Entertainment - In 2024, PENN contributed nearly $9m to local charities and veterans’ organizations, generated over $16m in economic development grants, and recorded more than 11,000 volunteer hours from team members. To date, it has awarded over $4.2m in need-based scholarships to team members’ children. Moreover, as part of its sustainability strategy, PENN set a goal to reduce Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 25% by 2030. It also continued to prioritize RG, contributing over $290K to dedicated organizations. Its Supplier Diversity Initiative continued to expand, driving companywide spend with diverse vendors to over $117m.
Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation - Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation, formerly known as San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, maintains deep-rooted cultural values like the spirit of Yawa’ - a Serrano value that means to act on one’s beliefs - to guide their giving. They have contributed over $425m to create positive change across Indian Country, So Cal, Nevada and beyond. Recent gifts include a $2.4m grant to expand services to Tribal citizens of the Bad River Tribe of Ojibwe, and over $14m in grants to causes in Las Vegas.
