Yggdrasil, a leading iGaming supplier has strengthened its footprint in the Netherlands through a new partnership with JACKS.NL.
The Global Gaming Awards Europe, Middle East & Africa will celebrate their landmark 10th edition at ICE Barcelona in January 2027.
Subject to remaining conditions being satisfied or waived, the deal is expected to become effective in late 2026 or early 2027.
The supplier’s adjusted EBITDA for the second quarter of 2026 increased 1.8% to €3.5m, while operating loss totaled €1.9m and decreased from the €2.3m loss reported for Q2 2025.
Following BNR’s inquiries, Meta removed several ads and banned two Facebook accounts.
Revenue remained stable despite higher gaming duties, while the proposed acquisition continues towards completion.
The regulator found that Savant Limitada’s gxbet.com and instasino.com sites were operating in the Netherlands without a licence.

The operator’s licence renewal will take effect from 1 October.
