Aristocrat has appointed Michael Daly as SVP of Business Development & Strategic Execution - Global, adding another senior executive to its leadership team during a period of organisational restructuring.

In his new role, Daly will oversee business development initiatives and customer experience strategies aimed at supporting global growth.

His responsibilities include managing the customer journey from initial onboarding through ongoing engagement - identifying areas for operational improvement across the business.

Daly brings over 20 years of gaming industry experience to the position. He began his career at Shuffle Master in 2003 as Product Manager of Electronic Tables before spending more than six years at Bally Technologies.

He subsequently served as Executive VP for North America at GAN, where he expanded the business from three to 15 casino groups within two years, achieving division contribution growth exceeding 50% annually.

Most notably, Daly served as CEO of Catena Media between 2021 and 2024, following various US-focused management roles within the company. After departing Catena Media, he re-launched his gaming and media consultancy business.

Following on from this, Daly was appointed as COO of Marker Trax in February 2025, a position he continues to hold alongside his new Aristocrat appointment.

This newest appointment comes during a period of transition for Aristocrat. Earlier this month, the company confirmed that Dylan Slaney would become the new CEO of Aristocrat Interactive, effective November 2025, while Barry French was named Chief Corporate Affairs & Marketing Officer.

The restructuring aligns with the company's new objectives following the formation of Aristocrat Interactive through the NeoGames acquisition.
