The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has issued a fine of $31,950 to Evolution US for failing to timely file a Principal License application for a Board member who assumed additional responsibility for the supplier.
Evolution US currently maintains an Interactive Gaming Manufacturer license with the Pennsylvania regulator, and was issued the fine based upon information from a previously formed consent agreement with the Office of Enforcement Counsel.
The PGCB also placed 15 individuals on various Involuntary Exclusion Lists on December 17, including four adults who left minors unattended while gambling at a casino property.
The actions took place at Parx Casino, Presque Isle Downs & Casino, Wind Creek Bethlehem and Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course.
Those placed on Involuntary Exclusion Lists are prohibited from participating in any casino-related activity across Pennsylvania, including at retail properties, through an online betting site or at video gaming terminal (VGT) locations.
Following the actions carried out on December 17, the PGCB and its Office of Enforcement Counsel has now placed 1,469 people on Involuntary Exclusion Lists.
The PGCB also reported the state's total casino activity for November 2025 on December 17, having set a new record for monthly gaming revenue following a 10.8% increase to $623.1m.
The results were boosted by new monthly records being set for both sports wagering revenue and total handle for November, which grew 27.6% and 5.9%, respectively, for totals of just over $98.3m and $990.6m.
iGaming, coming off a monthly revenue record of its own for October 2025, generated $242.7m of revenue throughout November for an increase of 21.1%.
The PGCB took action against three VLT operators on November 19, including fines totaling $89,500 and the revocation of establishment and individual principal licenses for Mann & Sidhu
