As part of a $75m renovation currently underway at Rampart Casino, JW Marriott Las Vegas will also perform a property-wide rebrand of the facility, set to be known as The Resort at Summerlin by January 1, 2026.
"Over the past 18 months, we've completed a significant renovation designed to revitalize and refresh the property while elevating the overall guest experience," The Resort at Summerlin VP and GM Michelle McHugh said.
"This transformation represents a strategic investment in the future of the resort, continuing its evolution as a premier luxury destination in Las Vegas and strengthening its role as a welcoming hub for both the Summerlin community and visitors alike."
Rampart Casino originally debuted in 1999, and currently offers a 50,000 sq ft casino with 1,400 slot machines, 32 table games and a 300-seat bingo hall.
The $75m renovation will include newly designed guest rooms, dining concepts and a Caesars Sportsbook retail integration.
"We are excited to partner with the outstanding team at Rampart Casino to bring the Caesars Sportsbook experience to this marquee property and Summerlin residents for the first time," Caesars Digital President Eric Hession said on December 15.
"We know there is pent-up demand in the Summerlin community for the quality and depth of our sports betting product, and Rampart is the perfect partner to reach the sports fans in this area."
The Resort at Summerlin will also feature 20 Caesars Sportsbook self-service betting kiosks, with plans to open the new retail facility in early 2026.
The launch, which is still pending regulatory approval from the Nevada Gaming Commission, will represent the first time Summerlin, Nevada residents are able to complete in-person registration for Caesars Sportsbook at a land-based property.
