Howard Johnson Plaza Resort & Casino Mayorazgo, in the Argentinian Province of Entre Rios, has signed an agreement with provincial energy company Enersa to install high-speed electric vehicle charging stations at the property.
The move aims at expanding infrastructure for electric mobility at one of Argentina's casino resorts.
The agreement provides for the installation of fast chargers capable of serving electric vehicles from different manufacturers, positioning the casino resort as part of the province's emerging public charging network.
The project aligns with provincial efforts to promote sustainable energy use and modernize transport infrastructure in key tourism and entertainment hubs.
According to information released by local authorities, the charging stations will be located within the resort complex and will be accessible to guests and visitors. The partnership was formalized through a cooperation agreement signed by representatives of the resort, Enersa and local government officials.
