CEO Jessica Millis said the deal combines local expertise with CasinoRIX's international network to support growth in regulated markets

CasinoRIX has acquired Innovate Change, a New Zealand-based casino affiliate

The deal gives CasinoRIX a direct presence in New Zealand and supports its wider international expansion strategy.

According to the company, the acquisition will strengthen its ability to deliver consistent and data-based reviews across new markets. Innovate Change brings local expertise through impartial reviews, bonus comparisons, and responsible gambling resources tailored to New Zealand players.

Integrating these capabilities into CasinoRIX's framework is intended to ensure consistent standards while addressing regional needs.

As part of the transaction, Innovate Change's editorial and operations teams will be retained, and its content integrated into CasinoRIX's systems to improve efficiency. The company added that resources dedicated to responsible gambling and compliance will be expanded under the combined platform.

Jessica Millis, CEO of CasinoRIX, said: "Innovate Change has built a respected position in New Zealand through its independence and commitment to players. By bringing the business into CasinoRIX, we combine that local strength with our international network.

"This acquisition supports our growth strategy and reinforces our role as a trusted source of information in regulated iGaming markets."

The acquisition comes as New Zealand advances efforts to regulate online casino gambling.

In September 2025, Minister of Internal Affairs Brooke van Velden introduced a bill proposing up to 15 licences through an auction process, with advertising restrictions, fines for unlicensed operators, and measures focused on harm minimisation and consumer protection.
