Playnetic has appointed David Mann as its new chief executive officer, with the leadership change due to take effect in January 2026.
The company said Mann will lead its next phase of expansion after launching in January 2024 and building a regulated footprint across multiple jurisdictions.
Playnetic referenced licences in Malta, Sweden, Romania, Greece and Ontario, alongside partnerships with operators and aggregators.
Mann most recently served as CEO of Swintt. Playnetic said he brings close to 20 years of leadership and commercial experience across the gaming sector, including brand building and growth in regulated markets.
Dan Phillips, Non-Executive Director at Playnetic, said: "David's appointment marks a new chapter for Playnetic. His strategic vision, proven leadership and passion for innovation make him the ideal leader to guide Playnetic through its next stage of global growth."
David Mann said: "I'm honoured to join Playnetic at such an exciting and pivotal stage in the company's journey."
Mann added: "Our focus will be on driving the next phase of growth, strengthening existing partnerships, creating new opportunities and delivering exceptional gaming content to our operator partners and their players worldwide."
Playnetic said it has launched more than 40 new titles since its debut and holds a wider library that includes more than 100 historical games. The supplier also stated it has grown to more than 100 employees globally.
The appointment comes during a period of wider executive turnover across the sector, as suppliers and operators continue to adjust to shifting regulatory priorities and competitive pressures in regulated markets.
Norway's monopoly operator Norsk Tipping confirmed Trond Bentestuen as its new permanent CEO in December, following a period of interim leadership after a Eurojackpot draw error earlier in 2025.
Playnetic said it will exhibit at ICE 2026 in Barcelona, where it plans to showcase new titles across its in-house studios
