Signature Systems has announced a new partnership with Gaming Hospitality Solutions (GHS) that expands the functionality of its PDQ POS platform to support gas station management and fuel pump authorization within casino-operated convenience retail environments.
The integration enables PDQ POS to be used at properties connected to fuel stations, allowing operators to activate pumps, authorize fuel purchases and manage transactions through the same point-of-sale environment used across broader gaming and hospitality operations.
Signature Systems said the functionality has been designed to support casinos that operate adjacent or integrated convenience and fuel services.
Gaming Hospitality Solutions provides software covering loyalty marketing, casino management, property management and fuel systems across the gaming, cruise and convenience store sectors.
Under the partnership, GHS technology has been incorporated directly into PDQ POS, with Signature Systems stating the fuel module was built specifically for performance, speed and ease of use.
Tim Rod, President and COO at Gaming Hospitality Solutions, said: “This partnership with SSI enables GHS to offer our customers even more choices as they build the operations and guest experience that best fits their properties.”
Rod added: “Both of our companies have been around for decades, and we look forward to working together for decades more.”
The integration has already gone live at Osage Casino Hotel locations, with additional casino deployments expected to follow in 2026.
Signature Systems noted that the solution is particularly relevant for tribal gaming operators, many of which continue to expand non-gaming amenities and adjacent retail services as part of broader diversification strategies.
John White, EVP and Chief Technology Officer at Signature Systems, said: “This integration with GHS is important to so many gaming properties, particularly tribal gaming properties.”
White added: “In just the past five years, we’ve gained more than 40 casinos as our customers. Our growing customer base proves just how much the gaming industry values choice and quality in its IT environments.”
Signature Systems positions PDQ POS as an all-concept platform capable of supporting multiple operational environments through a single technology stack, including gaming floors, hospitality outlets and now fuel-enabled convenience locations.
The announcement follows continued investment in casino-focused infrastructure and services across the US. In October 2025, Pavilion Payments partnered with Seminole Nation Casinos in Oklahoma to deploy digital funding solutions across three properties, highlighting ongoing demand for integrated, property-wide technology systems within tribal gaming operations.
