The Missouri Gaming Commission has reported the state’s adjusted gross revenue (AGR) for December 2025, as commercial gaming properties combined to produce $172.4m for an increase of 5%.
Table game revenue in Missouri grew 2% during December 2025 for a total of $25.2m, while revenue from electronic gaming devices (EGDs) increased 5% to $139.8m. Hybrid tables generated $19.2m of revenue for the monthly period, but fell 83% year-over-year.
Ameristar St. Charles generated the highest revenue of any property in Missouri for December 2025, generating just over $27.2m for an increase of 3%. Harrah’s Kansas City witnessed the highest revenue increase of all Missouri properties, rising 19% year-over-year for a total of $17.1m.
Argosy Casino and Isle of Capri Boonville accounted for $14.1m and $7.8m of Missouri casino revenue for December 2025, respectively, equating to increases of 2% and 6%. Century Casino Caruthersville revenue grew 9% to $5.3m, while Horseshoe St. Louis casino revenue increased 16% for a total of $14.4m.
Ameristar Kansas City managed to generate $17.3m of casino revenue for growth of 1%, while River City Casino also maintained a top revenue billing after generating $23.4m and increasing 2%. Mark Twain Casino and St. Jo Frontier produced $2.9m and $4.1m of December 2025 casino revenue, respectively, representing increases of 16% and 6%.
Hollywood Casino in Missouri failed to replicate similar success to its commercial counterparts, as revenue fell 1% to $22.2m during the monthly period. Century Casino Cape and Bally’s Kansas City also witnessed respective revenue decreases of 1% for December 2025, reporting totals of $6.1m and $10.6m.
For full year 2025, Missouri casinos generated $997.6m of casino revenue, representing an increase of 6% year-over-year. Table games accounted for $138.5m of the state’s total casino revenue and grew 3%, while EGD revenue increased 7% for a total of nearly $859m.
