DigiPlus has officially partnered with Bayad to extend over-the-counter (OTC) payment solutions for its gaming customers in the Philippines.
The collaboration was formalized on October 8 2025, with leadership from DigiPlus Chairman Eusebio Tanco and Bayad Chairman Ray Espinosa.
As part of the agreement, DigiPlus has become Bayad's exclusive gaming partner for OTC transactions. This allows users of BingoPlus, ArenaPlus and GameZone to deposit cash in person at more than 800 Bayad branches and affiliated outlets nationwide.
Bayad, recognized by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) as an Electronic Money Issuer, is known for operating one of the country's most extensive bill payment networks.
In line with Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) requirements, DigiPlus ensures that all player wallet transactions occur through BSP-accredited channels, guaranteeing regulated and secure processing.
Initially, the collaboration will support cash-in deposits, with future plans to enable cash-out and withdrawal options via Bayad centers and the Bayad App.
The partnership reflects DigiPlus' commitment to providing accessible, compliant and customer-focused digital entertainment experiences across the country.
Recently, DigiPlus planned its South Africa expansion by preparing applications for three key licenses with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board and establishing a local legal entity to meet regulatory requirements.
The company achieved this by completing probity checks, securing key employee licenses and aligning operations with South African compliance standards.
This expansion complements DigiPlus' existing support infrastructure, which includes over 130 physical BingoPlus stores and a 24/7 customer support team
