High Roller Technologies has entered into a binding letter of intent with Crypto.com and Derivatives North America (CDNA), forming an exclusive partnership to launch a prediction markets product in the US.
“We’re thrilled to bring High Roller to the USA through this strategic partnership with Crypto.com,” High Roller CEO Seth Young said.

“Together with High Roller, we are proclaiming customers with a safe and regulated platform to trade on outcomes in sports and entertainment."
According to High Roller, the partnership is still subject to the execution of definitive agreements, including customary representations, warranties, conditions, covenants and other provisions found in transactions of such nature.
The entities are targeting a launch of the prediction markets product for Q1 2026, with Crypto.com serving as the exclusive provider of prediction contracts for High Roller distribution channels.
