Glitnor has announced that it is rebranding as LCKY Group, marking a structural and strategic shift as the business positions itself for continued growth across regulated iGaming markets.

The new LCKY Group identity brings the parent company closer to its consumer-facing brands, which include Lucky Casino, Happy Casino, Flax Casino, VeraJohn and One Casino, alongside its in-house game development studio Swintt.

The group said the change reflects a clearer articulation of its ambitions and provides a stronger platform for international expansion.

The rebrand comes after several years of steady growth for the business, during which it has built a presence in multiple locally regulated jurisdictions.

LCKY Group operates with a focus on regulated markets and has emphasized a people-led culture alongside a strategy of scaling established brands rather than launching speculative new concepts.

According to the company, consolidating under a single group identity is intended to improve clarity for partners, suppliers and regulators, while reinforcing alignment across its operational, commercial and product teams.

LCKY Group CEO, Richard Brown, said: “This is a natural evolution of who we already are.”

Brown added: “LCKY Group is a clearer expression of our ambition, our culture and the brands we are building. We are confident in our direction and excited about what comes next.”

To coincide with the rebrand, LCKY Group will host an invitation-only event during ICE Barcelona on 19 January, bringing together industry partners, clients and stakeholders.

The event is expected to serve as the first major public outing for the new group identity and an opportunity to outline the company’s priorities for the year ahead.

The announcement follows a period of sustained commercial activity across the group’s brands, with continued investment in content, platform development and regulated market expansion.

Swintt, the group’s in-house studio, has also played a growing role in supporting differentiation across the casino portfolio through proprietary game development.

As competition intensifies across European iGaming markets, group-level clarity and brand cohesion have increasingly become focal points for operators seeking long-term scale within regulatory frameworks.

In December 2025, Glitnor Group expanded its casino offering through a partnership with Hacksaw Gaming, launching the supplier’s content portfolio on the OneCasino platform across regulated markets including Denmark, Spain and the Netherlands.
