The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has reported the state’s total gaming activity for December 2025, as online and commercial operators combined to generate $616.7m of revenue for an increase of 15.8%.
iGaming and retail slots led all gaming types in revenue produced during the monthly period, as online slot revenue grew 18.5% to $194.6m, while retail slot revenue fell 7.5% but still accounted for the second highest total with $186.8m.
Retail and iGaming table game revenue both witnessed increases for December 2025, rising 0.3% and 10.3%, respectively, to $79.3m and $62.8m.
Recording the highest year-over-year increase in revenue for December 2025 was sports wagering, which grew by a significant 287.8% to $84.8m.
Video gaming terminals (VGTs), fantasy contests and iGaming poker recorded decreases of 0.6%, 0.3% and 7.8% for December 2025, respectively, having generated monthly revenues of $3.4m, $2.7m and $2.3m.
During December 2025, Valley Forge Casino Resort led all commercial operators with $121.8m of revenue after increasing 39% from the prior year period.
Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course accounted for $116.5m of revenue for December 2025 and grew 17.2%, while Rivers Casino Philadelphia produced $57.2m for a 6.5% increase.
Parx Casino and Wind Creek Bethlehem both witnessed decreases in revenue for December 2025, falling 3.5% and 6%, respectively, for totals of $52.2m and $43.5m. Hollywood Casino at the Meadows increased revenue by 63.9% to $38.9m, while Rivers Casino Pittsburgh produced $31.1m of revenue and rose 9.9%.
Harrah’s Philadelphia generated $26.6m of December 2025 gaming revenue and increased 30.5%, followed by Live! Casino Philadelphia which produced $24.3m but decreased 5.6%. Mohegan Pennsylvania generated a December 2025 revenue of $18.9m and grew 6.3%.
DraftKings reported the highest fantasy revenue of any sports betting operator in Pennsylvania despite witnessing a decrease of 13.9% to $1.6m for December 2025. Underdog Sports managed to increase fantasy revenue by 151.4% to $541,256, while FanDuel was third in revenue after reporting a decrease of 17.5% to $466,942.
