SCCG Management partners with data analytics and digital operations firm EXL
Collaboration focuses on applying AI and advanced analytics to gaming operations
Initiative builds on SCCG’s recent technology and infrastructure partnerships

SCCG Management has announced a new strategic collaboration with data analytics and digital operations specialist EXL, as gaming operators increasingly look to extract greater value from large and complex data sets generated across their platforms.

The partnership brings together SCCG’s advisory and market access experience within the global gaming sector with EXL’s capabilities in data engineering, analytics and artificial intelligence.

The companies said the initiative is designed to support operators seeking to move beyond basic reporting toward more predictive and real-time decision-making models.

Gaming operators generate significant volumes of data across player activity, payments, compliance and operational performance. However, much of that data remains underutilised, often confined to historical reporting rather than being applied to forward-looking strategy.

SCCG and EXL said their collaboration is intended to help operators connect disparate data sources and translate them into actionable insights.

Areas of focus include player behaviour analysis, operational efficiency and executive decision support.

By applying predictive analytics and AI-driven models, the partnership aims to assist operators in identifying patterns in player engagement, improving segmentation strategies and optimising internal processes such as risk management and back-office workflows.

SCCG said the collaboration reflects a broader shift within the industry, where competitive differentiation is increasingly linked to how effectively operators can interpret and act on data in real time.

The companies emphasised that the initiative is not centred on deploying a single technology product, but on integrating analytics capabilities into existing operational and strategic frameworks.

From an operational perspective, the use of advanced analytics is expected to support cost control, faster response times and improved visibility across multiple business functions.

At player level, the approach is intended to enable more tailored experiences and responsible engagement models, aligned with regulatory expectations in mature markets.

Earlier this month, SCCG entered into a payments and treasury partnership with Magellan to support cross-border payouts and liquidity management in regulated gaming jurisdictions.

The advisory firm has also extended its work with Golden Whale on predictive machine learning for player engagement and is supporting a regulator-ready digital initiative with Vanguard Strategies in the US lottery sector.
