The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has reported the state’s gaming revenue for full-year 2025 (FY2025), as commercial, online and sports betting operations combined to generate an all-time high $6.8bn for an increase of 10.7%. 

Despite recording the second highest revenue of any gaming type in the Commonwealth, retail slot machine revenue fell 0.6% to $2.4bn. Parx Casino led all operators with $374.7m of retail slot revenue, but decreased 0.1% from the prior year period. 

Wind Creek Bethlehem and Rivers Casino Pittsburgh reported December 2025 retail slot revenues of $274.6m and $258.4m, respectively, equating to decreases of 4.2% and 1.7%. 

For retail table games, revenue fell 1.3% to $925.4m, but Wind Creek Bethlehem managed to generate a 1.3% increase in table game revenue to $251.5m. Parx Casino also grew table game revenue during FY2025, increasing 2.4% to $199.3m. 

Pennsylvania’s iGaming operations helped drive the new all-time high in FY2025 gaming revenue by producing its own FY record with $2.8bn and an increase of 27.2%. Hollywood Casino at Penn National generated the highest iGaming revenue of any operator, growing 28.6% to $1.1bn while Valley Forge Casino Resort increased iGaming revenue 35.6% to $777.7m. 

Sports wagering revenue accounted for $602.5m of the Commonwealth’s total gaming revenue for FY2025, representing an increase of 18% year-over-year. Valley Forge Casino Resort and Hollywood Casino at the Meadows generated FY2025 sports wagering revenues of $274.2m and $168.1m, respectively, equating to growth of 0.8% and 27.2%. 

Video gaming terminals (VGTs) produced $41.5m of gaming revenue in Pennsylvania during FY2025 and fell 0.1%, while fantasy contests accounted for $19.2m of the state’s total revenue and increased 2.7%. 

DraftKings led all sports betting operators by generating just over $13m of fantasy contest revenue for FY2025 despite reporting a decrease of 0.8%, while FanDuel was a distant second with $3.2m of fantasy revenue, representing a decrease of 6%.
