Techlott and First have agreed to run a joint technical pilot under a non-binding LOI
Pilot will assess compatibility, performance and operational suitability
Any commercial agreement remains subject to successful testing and further approvals

AppYea has confirmed that its subsidiary, Techlott, has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent with sportsbook technology provider First to initiate a joint pilot programme focused on platform integration.

Under the agreement, Techlott’s technology will be tested within First’s online sportsbook environment to evaluate technical compatibility, system performance and operational fit.

The pilot is expected to begin once Techlott confirms that the relevant product version is complete and ready for integration.

First operates as a mid-to-large scale B2B sportsbook technology supplier, providing software, trading infrastructure and data services to multiple operators across international markets.

The company maintains dedicated development and operational teams covering sportsbook engineering, data feeds and partner integrations, enabling it to support enterprise-level testing and deployment.

As part of the pilot, Techlott will provide access to its product interface, technical documentation and integration materials required for testing.

First will integrate the solution into a controlled testing environment and assess stability, functionality and overall technical suitability. Both parties have committed to assigning technical personnel and collaborating throughout the evaluation process.

The LOI does not create any commercial obligations. Pricing, licensing terms or long-term deployment would only be considered following completion of the pilot and the execution of definitive agreements, should both parties decide to proceed.

AppYea CEO, Yakir Abadi, said: “From the outset, our strategy has been to build Techlott as an infrastructure-grade platform that can meet real operational demands. This LOI represents a practical step forward, testing our technology in a live, performance-driven sportsbook environment.”

AppYea CTO Ben Harris added: “Enterprise integrations are ultimately about robustness, data integrity and operational discipline. This pilot is structured to stress-test the system under realistic conditions and generate concrete technical insight before any commercial decisions are made.”

Following the pilot, the companies will jointly review results to determine whether to expand the collaboration, move toward a commercial agreement or conclude the engagement.

In November 2025, First partnered with Pixbet to support its Brazil expansion, providing a sportsbook platform tailored to local betting behaviour, payment systems and football markets. First currently supplies sportsbook technology to more than 35 operators across Latin America.
