3 Oaks Gaming has received authorization from Peru’s MINCETUR to supply 56 titles
The approval applies to Peru’s regulated iGaming market and licensed operators
The move forms part of the supplier’s wider Latin American expansion strategy

3 Oaks Gaming has expanded its presence in Latin America after receiving registration from Peru’s Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR), enabling the supplier to distribute 56 of its iGaming titles in the country’s regulated market.

The approval allows operators licensed in Peru to integrate a range of slot content from 3 Oaks Gaming into their online casino offerings.

According to the supplier, the registered portfolio includes some of its more established titles, which can now be offered to players under Peru’s regulatory framework.

Peru introduced a formal licensing regime for online gaming and sports betting in 2024, placing responsibility for oversight with MINCETUR.

Suppliers must register individual games before they can be made available to locally licensed operators, with approvals covering technical standards and compliance requirements.

The Peruvian authorization represents another step in 3 Oaks Gaming’s efforts to expand across regulated jurisdictions in Latin America.

The region has seen increased supplier activity as countries such as Peru and Brazil move away from gray-market models toward clearer regulatory structures for online gambling.

3 Oaks Gaming Head of Sales Krasimir Pankovski said: “Peru is one of the most dynamic regulated markets in LatAm, and achieving registration here significantly enhances our regional footprint.”

The supplier has previously highlighted Latin America as a strategic growth area, with a focus on adapting content to local preferences and supporting operators as new regulatory regimes come into force.

Peru’s framework allows only approved content to be distributed, making supplier registration a prerequisite for market entry.

Beyond Latin America, 3 Oaks Gaming has continued to pursue approvals and partnerships in Europe and other regulated markets, reflecting a broader industry trend toward supplier-led expansion alongside operator licensing.

In December 2025, 3 Oaks Gaming expanded its European reach through a partnership with Netwin in Italy, following earlier collaborations with Microgame and Betflag.

The supplier has also secured certification in Brazil’s newly regulated iGaming market and entered multiple aggregation agreements to distribute its content across regulated jurisdictions.

Good to know

Peru’s online gaming framework requires all suppliers to register their games individually with MINCETUR before they can be offered by licensed operators, with ongoing compliance obligations tied to technical standards and responsible gaming measures
