Koin Payments has named Beth Carpenter as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), where she will help lead enterprise growth and strategic partnerships while also accelerating revenue as Koin prepares to enter its next phase of expansion.
“Beth is the kind of leader you bring in when you’re ready to scale with focus and speed,” Koin President Gary Larkin said.
“As operators modernize how guests fund and spend across the property, Koin is positioned to deliver a better experience with smarter operations behind it. Beth’s deep expertise in gaming payments and enterprise partnerships will help us accelerate that momentum.”
Prior to joining Koin, Carpenter served as Executive Director and Head of Global Sales for JPMorgan Chase, helping to establish a new commercial division focused on providing payment and treasury solutions.
“Stepping outside of the gaming industry gave me…a broader perspective on payments. While other sectors have advanced more rapidly over the past four years, gaming has seen little change,” Carpenter said.
“Koin is closing that gap by delivering a more seamless guest experience and smarter operational solutions for operators. I believe Koin is the right solution at the right time, and I’m committed to leading with integrity, putting customers first and providing exceptional services. The time for Koin is now.”
Carpenter also served in senior leadership roles for nearly 20 years with Global Payments Gaming Services, and will be based out of Koin’s headquarters office in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Koin stated it continues to build its presence in gaming while “prioritizing integrity and first class service” for its clients and partners.
Pavilion Payments announced that its new executive leadership officially began their roles on January 1, including CEO Diallo Gordon and Executive Chairman Dan Connors
