Key Points
The Managing Director of Rank Interactive and the CPO at Rank will report into Blogg
She has been part of Allwyn UK since the company's acquisition of former National Lottery licence holder Camelot
Interim CEO Richard Harris has outlined the company's goal of delivering at least £100m profit in the medium term

The Rank Group has been without a permanent CEO since John O’Reilly’s retirement from the role on 29 January, but it has now made a separate addition to its Executive Committee with the appointment of Jenny Blogg as CCO.

Blogg will be leaving behind her Operations Director position at the National Lottery operator Allwyn UK to join the UK operator.

Her role at Allwyn dates back to the same period during which the company acquired former National Lottery licence-holder Camelot, with whom Blogg had already been employed since September 2017.

The Managing Director of Rank Interactive, Andrew Peat, and Chief Product Officer, Liam Wallwork, will both report directly to Blogg.

She will also be responsible for overseeing cross-channel customer experience across Rank assets, Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casinos.

Richard Harris, until recently, held the role of CFO at Rank but currently occupies the Interim CEO office – when Blogg takes up her new position on 16 March 2026, she will report to him, presuming no other permanent leader is appointed in the meantime.

Harris said the following of Blogg: “Jenny is an outstanding leader and brings significant corporate experience in delivering successful results in high-profile organisations. She joins us at an exciting time as we focus on delivering operating profit for the Group of at least £100m [$136m] in the medium term. With her commercial expertise, I am confident she will be a great addition to our strong executive team and I look forward to welcoming her to Rank next month.”

The significant corporate experience that Harris refers to extends beyond the gambling industry to senior roles with the likes of Cadbury, Danone Group and United Biscuits.

Blogg herself says: “The opportunity to join Rank at this stage of the growth story has been irresistible. With strong brands and clear levers to drive growth across the Group, I am confident that my track record of delivering results will fit extremely well with the ambitions that Richard has outlined.”
