The Illinois Gaming Board has reported the state’s total casino activity for January 2026, as gambling establishments across the Prairie State combined to generate just over $165m of revenue, equating to growth of 14.6%.
Rivers Casino Des Plaines reported the highest casino revenue of any Illinois property for January 2026, rising 8.7% to $42.1m. Wind Creek Chicago generated $19.2m of casino revenue during the monthly period and increased 44.8% year-over-year.
Grand Victoria Casino and Hard Rock Casino Rockford reported January 2026 revenues of $11.4m and $11.6m, respectively, representing increases of 11.3% and 2.4%.
Hollywood Casino Joliet nearly matched the two properties with $11.3m of its own casino revenue for January 2026, and reported the highest growth of any Illinois property by increasing 60.3%.
Full House Resorts’ Illinois property drove $10.1m of revenue during January 2026 and increased 7.5%, while Bally’s Chicago reported a monthly revenue of $10.4m and grew 13.8% from the prior year period.
Harrah’s Joliet Casino & Hotel and the operator’s Metropolis Casino generated January 2026 casino revenues of $8.3m and $4.1m, respectively, representing a decrease of 5.5% for the Joliet property but an increase of 0.1% for Metropolis.
Hollywood Casino Aurora increased casino revenue during January 2026 by 3.9% for a total of $8.2m, while Par-A-Dice Hotel Casino managed to grow revenue by 10.2% to $5.3m.
DraftKings at Casino Queen reported a January 2026 casino revenue of $7.3m, representing an increase of 10.2%, whereas casino revenue from Argosy Casino Alton decreased 1.9% to $2.5m.
The Illinois Gaming Board reported an increase in slot machine revenue of 12% year-over-year to $121.9m, while table game revenue climbed 22.7% to account for the remaining $43.1m.
