Golden Matrix Group subsidiary Expanse Studios has signed a new content distribution agreement with Lobbet, a licensed iGaming operator in Montenegro and part of the Fortuna Entertainment Group.
Expanse Studios’ iGaming content will be integrated within Lobbet’s online offering, helping to broaden the supplier’s presence in the Montenegrin regulated market.
The distribution will be provided by DualSoft, which currently serves over 10 active operators across multiple regulated jurisdictions and is currently planning for additional expansion by the conclusion of 2026.
“This agreement reflects our approach to regulated market expansion across Europe, through scalable B2B distribution,” Expanse Studios CEO Damjan Stamenkovic said.
“Working with DualSoft allows us to reach high-quality operators such as Lobbet while creating optionality across a broader network of regulated markets. Our focus remains on disciplined growth through partners that operate within clear regulatory frameworks.”
DualSoft will also facilitate technical integration by enabling scalable deployment across its Montenegro operator network.
Fortuna Entertainment Group recently entered Montenegro’s iGaming market through an acquisition of Lob, said to reflect “growing institutional confidence in the country’s regulated gaming sector.”
Expanse Studios believes the new collaboration “further strengthens” its European presence and supports Golden Matrix’s “broader B2B growth strategy” as it continues to expand its content across Europe, North America and LatAm.
The iGaming supplier was also approved for a software provider licence by Sweden's national gambling authority, Spelinspektionen, in December 2025, allowing Expanse Studios to supply proprietary slot games, crash games and casino content to licensed B2C operators.
