Transaction broadens payments and automation portfolio
Closing subject to regulatory approvals

Pavilion Payments has entered into an agreement to acquire certain payment, automation and technology assets from DiTronics Financial Services, expanding its reach across multiple land-based gaming verticals.

The Las Vegas based payments supplier said the transaction will strengthen its automation offering and provide access to route, restricted, charitable and historical horseracing markets.

The agreement includes selected contracts and supporting technology used within brick-and-mortar gaming environments.

Pavilion Payments CEO Diallo Gordon said: “I have the utmost respect for George and the amazing business he’s built over the past 25 years.”

Gordon added: “This represents an opportunity for us to strengthen our platform.”

The supplier said the acquisition builds on its previous purchase of the CasinoSoft Title 31 and AML compliance platform and forms part of a broader effort to integrate payments and operational tools into a single ecosystem.

DiTronics provides ATM access, cash advance services, redemption kiosks and cage automation dispensers to casino and route gaming operators. Its systems are designed and manufactured to support funds access and transaction processing across gaming venues.

DiTronics founder George Vasilakos said: “We are extremely pleased to take this next step with the Pavilion Payments team and afford our customers the benefits of access to Pavilion's gaming industry-leading payments solutions.”

Pavilion SVP of Sales Alyssa Beaver said: “We see strong alignment between our teams.”

The supplier stated the transaction remains subject to regulatory review and customary closing conditions.

In January 2026, Pavilion Payments confirmed Diallo Gordon began his role as CEO alongside Executive Chairman Dan Connors following leadership changes announced in late 2025.

The supplier also expanded digital funding services across Seminole Nation Casinos in Oklahoma, deploying VIP Preferred eCheck and Choice4 deferred settlement solutions at casino cages and kiosks.
