Pavilion Payments has announced that its new executive leadership has officially begun their roles, marking the start of an important chapter for the company.
In November 2025, Pavilion Payments announced that Diallo Gordon will take over as Chief Executive Officer, while Dan Connors, who previously held the CEO role, will transition to Executive Chairman. Both executives began their new positions on 1 January 2026.
Gordon was promoted to President earlier in January, reflecting his growing leadership role within the company. Over the course of 2025, Pavilion Payments has made more than half a dozen executive appointments, showcasing how the company is focusing on strategic growth.
In October 2025, Pavilion Payments expanded its presence in Oklahoma by deploying digital funding services across Seminole Nation Casinos' three properties: I-40, Wewoka and Konawa.
The rollout included VIP Preferred eCheck and Choice4 deferred settlement services, available at casino cages and self-service kiosks. Pavilion's VIP Financial Center kiosks also process ATM withdrawals and credit card cash advances, with multi-factor authentication for added security.
Recently, several iGaming and entertainment companies have strengthened their leadership teams with executive appointments. For example, Evoplay promoted Vasilena Mantsiou to Chief Financial Officer, Sun International appointed Leslie Peters as Chief Technology & Product Officer, and Entain elevated Rebecca Goodwin to Senior Legal Counsel
Connors stated: "Diallo is an exceptionally talented executive, perhaps the best executive with whom I've had the pleasure of working.
"He has decades of experience in the gaming payments space, having worked with companies ranging from startups to very large organisations.
Diallo is a superlative problem solver and is so skilled at designing creative solutions for our customers' pain points."
At present, Pavilion provides this service to registered account users via Apple Pay and has indicated plans to introduce additional digital payment options in the near future
