Choctaw Casinos and Resorts has partnered with Tangam Systems to help power its table games and slot software.
The technology supplier is able to offer real-time analytics and operational recommendations to help optimize Choctaw’s strategic growth decisions.
Heidi Grant, Senior Executive Officer of the Commerce Division in the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, has commented on the move, saying: “Our focus is to equip our teams with the right tools and insight to make faster, more consistent decisions on the floor. Tangam's analytics will help us translate operational data into meaningful insights, enabling smarter decisions that strengthen loyalty, enhance satisfaction, and support our long-term growth objectives.”
Tangam Systems has been involved in supporting casino operators for more than 20 years, aiding companies in making data-backed decisions.
The company supplies electronic table game and slot machine analytics software that can help facilitate a more efficient gaming floor.
The other benefit Choctaw will seek to extract from the deal is the utility provided by Tangam’s client success team, which supports more than 200 casinos around the world.
Beyond the purely technological optimizations, Tangam can help create recommendations on staffing levels and floor layouts.
Ari Mizrachi is the SVP and Head of North American Business at Tangam, and he has backed the partnership, saying: “Choctaw Casinos & Resorts has a strong operating culture and a clear focus on performance. We appreciate their trust in our ability to support that vision by helping them have the right game available to the right customer at the right time.”
