Avanti Studios, a live casino supplier, has signed a multi-market distribution agreement with Light & Wonder, the global aggregator and iGaming technology supplier, to roll out its live casino portfolio across regulated markets in EMEA and Canada.
The initial focus will be Spain and Brazil, marking Avanti’s first entries into regulated jurisdictions. Through the agreement, operators in Spain will gain access to a broader live casino offering beyond roulette, including Live blackjack, baccarat, Dragon tiger and Avanti’s proprietary Toro y matador and Toro y matador turbo en vivo titles.
In Brazil, operators will have access to Portuguese-speaking dealer environments, alongside tables and bet limits tailored to local demand.
Avanti’s model uses motion capture technology and cloud-based streaming to create digital dealer avatars based on the movements and mannerisms of professional dealers.
These avatars are rendered using 3D animation and audio tools and can be customised in language and appearance to align with operator requirements.
Avanti Studios Co-founder, Jonas Delin, said: “Since exiting our stealth mode at ICE, we’ve received a huge amount of interest from operators in Spain and Brazil and Light & Wonder is the perfect distributor to not only support our launch in those markets, but also as we continue to execute on our aggressive market expansion plans for 2026 and 2027.”
Light & Wonder Managing Director, Stuart Banks, said: “Avanti offers a fast and fully customisable solution that can easily scale to keep up with demand.”
The supplier stated that its approach removes the need for physical studio builds and ongoing dealer overheads, enabling operators to expand table numbers and limits without additional studio infrastructure.
The agreement adds Avanti’s portfolio to Light & Wonder’s aggregation platform, extending its distribution reach across multiple regulated jurisdictions.
Last month, Avanti publicly welcomed Epic Games’ acquisition of AI start-up Meshcapade, stating that developments in markerless motion capture and AI-assisted character creation could support the evolution of its digital dealer technology.
