Pragmatic Play has expanded its presence in LatAm by opening a new live casino studio in Colombia.
The iGaming supplier's new studio, located in Bogota, was delivered and is operated by service provider Arrise. The studio was developed through a $15m investment, and will create an estimated 1,500 new jobs in the area.
The Bogota location will hold over 100 tables, with games including roulette and blackjack on offer. The games have been localized to fit the needs of Colombian players, hosted by native Spanish and Portuguese speakers, and will offer a range of customization offers for operators. Indeed, the studio offers both network and dedicated tables, utilising Smart Studio technology to allow for operator branding and more.
Localized Pragmatic Play original titles will also be broadcast from the Bogota studio, including Mega Roulette, set to launch next year.

The launch comes as part of Pragmatic Play's continued LatAm development. In August, it partnered with both ApuestasX and TQJ to expand its LatAm footprint, and in September, Pragmatic Play received a sportsbook certification in Brazil.
