Fitzpatrick will assist the property with financial planning, analytics, compliance, system implementation and large-scale strategic initiatives.
The Las Vegas casino property also unveiled two internal promotions, including Laura De La Cruz to Assistant GM and Crystal Robinson-Wesley as VP of Marketing and Entertainment.
“These promotions and this key addition represent an exciting moment for Palms,” Palms Casino Resort GM Kevin Glass said.
“Laura, Crystal and Janice are exceptional leaders whose expertise, vision and passion will help shape the future of this property. We are proud to recognize the accomplishments of these talented women and are confident in the direction they will help lead us.”
The appointments were also said to reflect Palms Casino Resort’s “commitment to championing women in senior leadership roles” as well as fostering diverse leadership in gaming and hospitality.
