Rush Street Gaming has chosen to install Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI)’s Enterprise marketing platform across its retail properties following an “extensive and highly competitive” vetting process of gaming technology providers.

“We are extremely enthusiastic about beginning our partnership with QCI and implementing the Enterprise platform across our properties,” Rush Street Gaming VP of Database Marketing Jim Luden said.

“The strength of QCI’s AI capabilities, combined with the depth of analytics embedded in the platform, will allow us to better understand our guests, optimize our marketing strategies and make smarter, data-driven decisions in real time. We are confident this technology will significantly enhance our ability to deliver personalized experiences and drive meaningful growth.”

The Enterprise platform uses marketing campaign development and automation, gaming analytics and real-time data intelligence to help operators improve reinvestment strategies, guest experience and operational efficiency.

QCI CEO Dr. Ralph Thomas also spoke on the new partnership, having said, “We are honored that Rush Street Gaming selected QCI after such a thorough and disciplined evaluation process.

“Rush Street is recognized for operational excellence and forward-thinking leadership. Our Enterprise platform was built to deliver actionable intelligence at scale, and we are excited to support Rush Street’s continued growth through advanced AI, deep analytics and real-time enterprise decisioning.”

Installation of the Enterprise platform has already begun at Rush Street Gaming properties, as QCI continues to work alongside the operator’s leadership and technology teams.

Rush Street Gaming currently operates casino properties in Pennsylvania, Illinois, Virginia and New York, while affiliates of the supplier developed and previously oversaw Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls, Canada.
