Jackpot.com has unveiled the first-ever loyalty rewards program offered by a lottery courier and designed specifically for industry customers, giving users the chance to earn points on every order while unlocking special challenges, exclusive promotions and other perks. 

"Jackpot Rewards is an important step forward in how we reward and engage our players," Jackpot.com CEO Akshay Khanna said. 

"Our goal has always been to build the most player-friendly lottery platform in the market. With Jackpot Rewards, we're creating a differentiated experience where every order counts toward something bigger – whether that's unlocking new promotions, completing challenges or earning rewards just for playing."

Jackpot Rewards was soft launched for players located in Ohio, Massachusetts, Arkansas, Colorado and Arizona, with the lottery courier confirming the rewards program will be extended to additional markets over time.

Players are then able to redeem points earned through respective transactions for the chance to order more tickets and gain additional opportunities to win. 

On March 10, Brightstar Lottery received its first sustainability score as a pure-play lottery company in the 2025 S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), achieving a rating significantly above the industry average.

The company recorded an overall CSA score of 56, nearly double the sector average of 31. 

The result also secured Brightstar a place in the 2026 S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook as a Member, recognizing its performance across environmental, social and governance criteria.

The S&P Global CSA evaluates thousands of companies worldwide using a methodology that assesses businesses across approximately 20 financially relevant sustainability criteria.
