Delaware North has formed a new strategic partnership with Acquire.Bet to help advance the operator's iGaming strategy and improve user acquisition and retention.
"Our mission has always been to deliver exceptional experiences," Delaware North VP of Interactive Gaming Lee Terfloth said.
"Partnering with Acquire.Bet allows us to expand that mission into the digital space with the same level of precision, personalization and innovation our players have come to expect."
The strategic collaboration will focus on the data-driven acquisition of high-value players, new designs, omnichannel player experiences as well as retention and personalization tools.
The operator is set to integrate AI-powered user-acquisition tools and UX design into its digital platforms to connect online and land-based properties, such as its Betly iGaming brand and Ruby Seven Studios social casino platform.
"We're thrilled to play a key role in the growth of Delaware North's Betly brand as it enters an exciting phase of change and expansion heading into 2026," Acquire.Bet Managing Director Allan Petrilli said.
"Lee Terfloth's track record speaks for itself, and he has assembled an exceptional team - one we're eager to integrate with as we work together to stack wins. Our shared focus on delivering best-in-class product, creative and measurement is refreshing, and we're confident that, together, we will strengthen Betly's position in the regulated US iGaming and sports betting market."
Delaware North currently oversees facilities in states such as New York, Arizona, Florida and Ohio, as Terfloth stated the new partnership represents the operator's "broader commitment" to digital transformation.
The operator also partnered with creative and development agency Vegas Kings on October 8 to bolster the user experience of its Betly iGaming and sportsbook platforms.
The first phase of the partnership will include redesigning Delaware North's digital assets in the US iGaming market, with more projects to follow in the coming months.
FanDuel and Delaware North agreed to a new market access agreement on September 18 to expand FanDuel's iGaming and sports betting offering in West Virginia through Delaware North's Mardi Gras Casino & Resort
