The Missouri Gaming Commission (MGC) has reported the state’s total casino activity for February 2026, as commercial gaming establishments combined to produce $160.6m of revenue and increase 8%.
Ameristar St. Charles generated the most revenue of any Missouri casino during the monthly period, accounting for nearly $25.1m and also growing 8% year-over-year.
River City Casino and Hollywood Casino St. Louis generated February 2026 revenues of $21.7m and $20.8m, respectively, equating to increases of 1% and 9%. Ameristar Kansas City produced just over $16m of casino revenue for February 2026 and rose 7%.
Harrah’s Kansas City managed to account for $14.1m during February 2026 and increase revenue by 8%, while Argosy Casino Resort reported $13.8m of casino revenue for the monthly period and rose 17% from the prior year period.
Horseshoe St. Louis was the final property in Missouri to eclipse the $10m revenue mark for February 2026, increasing 6% to $12.9m. Bally’s Kansas City nearly generated $10m of casino revenue during February 2026 as well, but was the only property to not report an increase in revenue after remaining stagnant year-over-year.
Isle of Capri Boonville and Century Casino Cape generated February 2026 casino revenues of $7.8m and $6.3m, respectively, representing increases of 15% and 7%.
Century Casino Caruthersville followed its Cape counterpart with $5.3m of casino revenue and growth of 17%, while St. Jo Frontier accounted for $4m of revenue and increased 10%. Finally, Mark Twain Casino reported a February 2026 casino revenue of $2.8m, equating to an increase of 18%.
Within the MGC’s monthly casino report, table games accounted for just over $38.1m of Missouri’s total casino revenue for February 2026 and increased 4%, while ETG revenue grew 9% to $139m.
