The installations aim to foster a modern loyalty experience for casino players

Acres Manufacturing Company has installed its Foundation HQ casino management system and PCI's PLS 1:1 Loyalty Platform at Mobile Greyhound Racing (MGR) and Birmingham Race Course (BRC) in collaboration with PCI Gaming.

This move marks Acres' debut into the historical horseracing (HHR) market. These are the second and third PCI operated properties to implement both the Foundation HQ and PLS systems.

Destination with Foundation HQ can utilize the PCI player loyal system, along with the Express Offer reward engine to offer additional engagement tools to players. Some of these include incentives and personalized, data-driven messages that can be delivered directly to individual players.

Acres said in a statement, "These systems enable high frequency, tailored offers across multiple channels, creating a modern loyalty experience that keeps players engaged both on and off the casino floor."

Noah Acres of Acres Manufacturing Company emphasized how this software aids in streamlining the way operators utilize data and offer quality services to their customers.

The future of gaming belongs to operators who can use real-time data to personalize every interaction. Foundation HQ gives them that capability today - and these new installations are just the beginning

PCI CEO Jay Dorris echoed similar sentiments and added, "PLS is the pinnacle of our 1:1 real time player engagement vision.

"The ability to translate real-time data into real-time rewards for players translates to a guest experience that is unmatched."
