His previous roles include VIP Account Manager and Customer Support Agent, reflecting a steady internal progression aligned with operational and market experience.
In his new position, Boukouvalas will oversee VIP operations across multiple jurisdictions, including Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Cyprus and Ireland.
The role involves managing high-value player segments, coordinating international teams and developing strategies focused on retention and customer experience.
Boukouvalas highlighted his experience working with international teams across different markets, describing the role as both challenging and rewarding. He also emphasized the importance of collaboration and team performance in driving results across regions.
“This experience has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding, giving me the opportunity to grow while collaborating across cultures and perspectives. I'm truly grateful for the trust and support all this time, especially to my team for their commitment, collaboration and the impact we're creating together,” he added.
The appointment comes as Novibet continues to scale its international footprint, with a particular focus on Latin America and regulated European markets. Brazil remains a key market within this strategy, alongside other jurisdictions where the operator has been building operational presence.
In Greece, Novibet secured naming rights for the national volleyball league through 2028, marking a move to strengthen its association with domestic sport.
