The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) has reported the state’s total gaming activity for March 2026, as revenue from commercial casinos, iGaming and sports betting totaled $596.4m, rising 9.2%. 

For year-to-date, New Jersey gaming revenue has reached $1.7bn through March 2026, representing an increase of 7.5%. 

How did New Jersey casinos fare during March 2026?

Casino gaming in New Jersey accounted for $236.7m of the state’s total revenue for the monthly period, equating to an increase of 2.5% year-over-year. Slot machine revenue fell 1% to $171.8m during March 2026, while table game revenue in New Jersey climbed 13.3% to $64.9m. 

Borgata Atlantic City generated the most revenue of any New Jersey property during March 2026, producing a total of $67.2m and rising 15.1%. Hard Rock Atlantic City accounted for just over $42.6m of casino revenue, but witnessed a decrease of 4.1% from the prior year period.

While Ocean Casino Resort managed to produce $35.4m of casino revenue for March 2026 and increase by 2.2%, the $20.5m of revenue generated by Harrah’s Atlantic City represents a fall of 2.3%. 

Caesars and Tropicana reported March 2026 casino revenues of $19.6m and $18.6m, respectively, equating to an increase of 17.5%, but a decrease of 6% for Tropicana Atlantic City. Resorts generated $11.5m of revenue during March 2026, decreasing 11.9% year-over-year. 

Bally’s Atlantic City accounted for $10.9m of New Jersey’s total casino gaming revenue for March 2026 and fell 1.1%, while Golden Nugget produced $10.2m of revenue for a decrease of 13.1%. 

Which operators led the way in iGaming revenue across New Jersey?

Online gambling operations in the Garden State accounted for the most revenue of any gaming type during March 2026, increasing 11.6% for a total of $272.1m. FanDuel led all operators with $62.7m of iGaming revenue in New Jersey, representing an increase of 20%. 

While DraftKings drove the second highest iGaming revenue of any New Jersey operator with $48.3m for March 2026, the figure equates to a decrease of 2.6%. BetMGM managed to increase iGaming revenue in New Jersey by 10.4%, however, accounting for $34.9m of revenue during the monthly period.

Which operator has witnessed the most iGaming growth in New Jersey since 2024?

Borgata’s online casino platform generated $21.1m of iGaming revenue for March 2026 but fell 6% from the prior year period, while Caesars Palace Online Casino reported $18.6m of iGaming revenue and increased 11.1%. 

Hard Rock Bet and BetFanatics were each able to increase iGaming revenue in New Jersey during March 2026, rising 55.8% and 138.4%, respectively, for totals of $18.4m and $12.7m. 

BetRivers was the only other iGaming operator currently licensed to conduct business in New Jersey which surpassed the $10m mark during March 2026, generating just over $11.7m for an increase of 41.1%. 

Was FanDuel also able to surpass DraftKings in online sports betting revenue?

During March 2026, sports betting revenue in New Jersey increased 22.8% for a total of $87.6m, including $84.4m from online sportsbook operations and an additional $3.2m from retail wagers. 

After generating the highest iGaming revenue of all online operators in New Jersey, FanDuel also reported the most online sports betting revenue with $32.2m, equating to growth of 37.3%. DraftKings also managed to increase online sports betting revenue in New Jersey, rising 12.1% to $22.3m. 

BetFanatics and BetMGM were a step behind the two goliaths with $6m and $8.2m of online sports betting revenue in New Jersey, respectively, increasing 37.5% and 2.8% during the monthly period.

Caesars Sportsbook accounted for $3.2m of the state’s total online sports betting revenue for March 2026, representing an increase of 8.5%. Hard Rock Bet produced nearly $1.3m of online sports betting revenue during March 2026, increasing 52.3%. 

New Jersey’s total sports betting handle during March 2026 came out to just over $1bn, equating to a decrease of 8.6% despite the overall growth in revenue.
