Sweepstakes provider MyPrize has teamed up with Crypto.com to offer a new platform called MyPrize Markets to its 1m+ users across web and mobile.

The partnership officially pairs MyPrize with Crypto.com affiliate and clearing house Crypto.com Derivatives North America (CDNA).

MyPrize has experienced fast growth in 2025 and this new venture purports to be the first of its kind, allowing players to engage in sweepstakes style casino gaming and the trading of prediction contracts on one unified platform.

Crypto.com is CFTC certified, and through this new affiliation, MyPrize is able to use that existing infrastructure to bring futures contracts to its users.

The operator has already confirmed that it will be offering sports, events and crypto contracts, but the announcement of the partnership leaves the door open for more.

CEO, Zach Bruch, said: "Prediction markets have rapidly evolved from niche financial instruments to mainstream forecasting tools, increasingly used as leading indicators across industries."

Currently the legitimacy of prediction markets is being argued in a number of state courts around the USA.

The status of selling sports contracts has proved to be the most controversial territory for these futures contract providers to move into, due to the similarity between the practice and sports betting.

Many state gambling regulators are in legal battles with prediction market operators to try and assert their authority - Crypto.com, which itself is an active party in some of these disputes, has tended to argue that, as the markets are federally regulated financial exchanges, state gambling laws and regulations do not apply to it.

Bruch's description of the vertical as a forecasting tool rather than entertainment or gambling would support that characterization.

At the same time as it argues its separation from the gambling industry, Crypto.com has not been afraid of partnering with sports betting operators. For instance, it already has its sports contracts hosted on Underdog's platform.

Affiliating with sweepstakes, a sector which has fought and often lost its own battles to convince lawmakers that it is distinct from online casino, is a bold move, but one that no doubt will more than likely boost MyPrize's popularity.

The new MyPrize Markets will make use of the company's live-streaming platform, blending the social elements that are already popular with its players with the increasingly ubiquitous predictions product.

Travis McGhee, Managing Director and Global Head of Capital Markets at Crypto.com, said: "This next generation of financial markets will require velocity and scale, qualities that Zach and his team at MyPrize have - they bring best in class experiences to their userbase and billions in volume to Crypto.com. This partnership will make MyPrize the first integrated app allowing users to access markets, gaming, livestreaming and social all in one application, which will level-up prediction markets for the first time."

Last week, Crypto.com announced another landmark partnership, this time with the Trump-owned social media company, Truth Social, to offer its product on the platform.
