Affinity Interactive has named Chad Brown as the operator’s new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), where he will oversee enterprise-wide marketing and communications strategy while driving integrated initiatives across retail, digital and on-property experiences.

Brown will lead marketing strategy and brand development for Affinity and across the broader Apex Hospitality platform, which also includes Xperience Restaurant Group, Pink Taco and Mrs. Fields.

Affinity Interactive serves as a portfolio company of Z Capital Group (ZCG) Private Equity and currently oversees retail casino properties across Nevada, Missouri and Iowa.

“Chad’s appointment reflects our continued focus on building a scaled, integrated hospitality platform with strong brand and customer engagement capabilities,” ZCG Founder, President & CEO James Zenni said. 

“His experience across gaming, hospitality and digital platforms, combined with his ability to execute data-driven marketing strategies, will be instrumental as we continue to grow Affinity and the Apex Hospitality platform and enhance the customer experience across our portfolio.”

Brown joins Affinity Interactive after serving as President & CMO for CBA Professional Marketing Services, as well as in CMO roles for Virgin Hotels Las Vegas and Prairie Fire Nevada. 

The executive also spent more than 10 years with MGM Resorts International, including as Corporate VP of Marketing Operations where he led enterprise-wide marketing strategy, analytics and technology integration across multiple properties. 

As CMO, Brown will work closely with Affinity Interactive’s platform leadership and operating teams to enhance market strategy, drive customer acquisition and retention and support cross-brand collaboration. 

Earlier in 2026, Mohegan announced the appointment of Guy Greene as CMO for Mohegan Digital, placing him in charge of marketing strategy for the operator’s expanding portfolio of iGaming and online sports betting products.

Greene began overseeing the marketing and advertising teams supporting Mohegan Digital’s operations, including Mohegan Sun Online Casino in Connecticut, PlayFallsViewCasino.com in Ontario, Mohegan Pennsylvania Online Casino and Mohegan Pennsylvania Online Sportsbook.
