Super Technologies has announced a series of senior leadership appointments across its Board and executive team, as the company sharpens its focus on growth, product development and operational scale.
Sergio Ezama joins as a Non Executive Board Member and Chair of the Remco Committee, where he will advise on remuneration strategy, culture and leadership. He currently serves as Chief Talent Officer at Netflix and previously held senior HR roles at PepsiCo across multiple regions.
Mina Dimitrova has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer, taking responsibility for organic expansion, new ventures, AI transformation and M&A. She joins from Google, where she led EMEA Strategy and Operations and go to market teams for the advertising business. Her experience also includes roles at YouTube and McKinsey & Company.
Andrew Watts has been named CPO and will oversee product strategy and execution. He brings more than two decades of experience across commerce, platforms and AI, including leadership roles at Amazon, where he contributed to the launch and expansion of Prime Video, and at Zalando, where he led product strategy across multiple markets.
Olatz Urroz joins as CFO, with a background spanning technology, banking and industry. She previously held senior roles at Banco Santander, including CFO of PagoNxt, and leadership positions at Amazon. She has also served as a Non Executive Board Member and Audit Committee Head at Fluidra.
As part of the transition, Glyn Hughes will step down as CFO after three years to return to Hellen's Rock Capital, a strategic shareholder in Super Technologies, where he will focus on portfolio level initiatives.
