Four official lottery agents from Mar del Plata, San Bernardo and Villa Gesell each received a prizes under an effort-rewarding program
The incentive contest divides the province's agent network into five geographic zones to track and reward regional sales growth

The Buenos Aires provincial lottery has made a series of on-site visits to retail agents along the Atlantic coast this week, as part of its ongoing "Premiamos tu esfuerzo" (We Reward Your Effort) sales incentive program.

Gonzalo Atanasof, President of the IPLyC, traveled to Mar del Plata to personally present a prize to Ricardo Puyol, owner of the "Puyol" agency, together with other award recipients from the region.

Three additional agents were recognized during the event: Sebastián Guiñazú of agency "Colorado 28" in San Bernardo, Antonio Luna of "La Galera" in Villa Gesell and Paola Elías representing "La Popular" in Mar del Plata.

Each received a LED television for posting measurable increases in their local sales volumes. Provincial Gaming and Operations Director Carlos Gallo and Mar del Plata delegation head María Fernanda Suárez were also present.

Atanasof said: "It was a wonderful meeting with the agents, where we were able to talk in their own workplace about the situation of the agencies, the challenges our retail network faces and the new projects we have ahead of us."

The "Premiamos tu esfuerzo" contest is exclusive to official concession holders and is structured around regional competition. The agency network is divided into five zones: AMBA Norte, AMBA Oeste, AMBA Sur, Interior Zone I and Interior Zone II, with prizes awarded to agents that outperform their peers within each zone over a defined period.

The program requires agents to maintain activity on at least 90% of working days during the qualifying window to be eligible.

The initiative reflects a wider push by the IPLyC to maintain the competitiveness of its physical retail network at a time when online channels are expanding across the province.

Atanasof has been an active figure in that parallel effort as well: earlier this year, he led a formal legal campaign against 300 unlicensed online betting platforms operating from abroad, filing complaints with specialized prosecutors in Lomas de Zamora, La Matanza and San Isidro.
