Entain has announced the appointment of Sheila Bangalore as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.
Bangalore has more than 20 years of experience across the global gaming hospitality and technology sectors. Her career includes senior leadership positions at international companies such as Bally Technologies Aristocrat Technologies and MP Materials Corporation. More recently she has served on the board of Games Global and currently acts as a non-executive director of Alliance Entertainment Holding Corporation.

Entain further highlighted that Bangalore brings extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional regulation, capital markets and corporate governance along with a well established network within the gaming industry ecosystem.
In April, the group reported 3% year-on-year growth in net gaming revenue for the three months to 31 March 2026 with online net gaming revenue up 5% and online volumes up 10%.
UK and Ireland online performance came in ahead of expectations rising 13% while Australia delivered 12% growth.
Entain is also taking action ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Its Central and Eastern Europe division has partnered with Huddle to develop trading solutions focused on tennis football and basketball. The two companies plan to launch the football solution before the tournament begins.
