Scientific Games has signed a new four-year agreement with La Banca de Quinielas de Uruguay, extending a partnership that has lasted more than two decades in the country’s instant scratch game segment.
The deal will see the continued development of the “Ra$padita” instant scratch product line, which has helped establish La Banca as the top-performing instant games lottery operator in South America. Ra$paditas are sold through a network of traditional storefronts, supermarkets and small shops.
La Banca de Quinielas is the official organization responsible for managing, operating and centralizing lottery and gaming in Uruguay. the organization today contributes to state-run social programs, charitable causes and public health initiatives.

Earlier this year, Scientific Games and Brightstar Lottery partnered to operate a new lottery in São Paulo State, Brazil.
In the United States, the New Mexico Lottery Authority recently partnered with Scientific Games to modernize its retail technology, aiming to improve sales performance and increase revenue to support college scholarship funding for in-state students. The Minnesota Lottery also continues to collaborate with Scientific Games on technology integration projects.
In Europe, Scientific Games signed a five-year agreement with Latvijas Loto, extending its partnership with Latvia’s national lottery operator across instant games and digital-linked lottery content.
La Banca adheres to the World Lottery Association's international standards for responsible gaming, ensuring safe, transparent gaming experiences.
