The Czech Ministry of Finance has published a notice of its intention to add 14 websites to the country's List of Unauthorised Internet Games, as part of its ongoing efforts to enforce the Gambling Act and restrict access to unlicensed online gambling services.
The notice, issued by the Ministry's Department of Procedural Agendas and Gambling Regulation, was published on 29 July under file number MF-144/2026/7303-57.
The proposed additions include a mixture of international domains and Czech-language websites, among them pistolo-3325.com, kaleocasino.com, kaleocasino8.com, playid.com and several AllySpin-related domains.
According to the Ministry, the websites have been identified under provisions of Section 84a of the Czech Gambling Act, with the listed domains alleged to meet the legal criteria for inclusion on the blacklist.
Under Czech law, operators of the affected websites, owners of the relevant payment accounts or owners of the affected applications have 15 days from the publication of the notice to submit objections to the Ministry. Objections lodged after the deadline will not be considered.
The latest action forms part of the Ministry's broader regulatory strategy aimed at limiting the availability of unauthorised gambling services in the Czech market. Earlier this month, the Ministry added prediction market platform Polymarket to the same blacklist, requiring internet service providers to block access to the platform within 15 days.
The Ministry has also recently warned consumers about an increase in fraudulent gambling websites impersonating licensed operators, advising players to verify website addresses carefully and use only authorised gambling platforms.
Once a website is added to the Czech Republic's List of Unauthorised Internet Games, internet service providers and payment service providers may be required to take measures under the Gambling Act to restrict access to the site and related payment services
