Genius Sports has signed a partnership with Kalshi that will see the supplier deliver official data to the prediction market operator.
The deal mirrors yesterday's new partnership announcement between Genius and Polymarket to provide exclusive streaming, data and integrity monitoring.
The agreement is intended to support the settlement of sports prediction market contracts using verified official data, while expanding collaboration on integrity monitoring and information sharing.
Under the agreement, Genius Sports will provide Kalshi with real-time official data across its football portfolio.
The package includes competitions such as the English Premier League, Serie A, Liga MX, the Argentinian Primera División and France's Ligue 1, among other properties covered by the company's rights portfolio.
The agreement also includes integrity measures that will integrate Kalshi into Genius Sports' existing information sharing processes.
In addition to supplying data and integrity services, Genius Sports will support Kalshi's audience growth through marketing activities. Those efforts will include access to the company's Legend owned media properties.
Adam Barrick, Head of Sports Partnerships at Kalshi, said: "As the prediction market ecosystem continues to expand at a rapid pace, the use of official data and integrity services is more important than ever. We're proud to partner with Genius Sports, with their proven track record in providing the highest quality sports data and working alongside leagues to protect the transparency of sporting competitions."
Sean Conroy, EVP of Rights & Partnerships at Genius Sports, said: "Prediction markets will scale on a foundation of trusted, fast and accurate data, reliable technology and robust integrity services, and that is exactly where Genius Sports is uniquely positioned.
"This partnership with Kalshi demonstrates how we can provide the essential technology layer that enables accurate and transparent sports markets. As this category grows, we believe Genius Sports will play a central role in shaping its development while helping protect the integrity of sports."
Kalshi is also facing legal action in New York, where the state sued the company last week, alleging its prediction markets constitute unlicensed gambling under state law
