Internet Vikings has announced the appointment of a new COO
Nicklas Insulander steps into the position with extensive tech experience
He will oversee all operational strategy from October 2026

Internet Vikings has announced the appointment of a new Chief Operating Officer, Nicklas Insulander, who steps into the role with a wealth of senior tech industry experience.

Set to assume the role in October 2026, Insulander moves on from his previous role as the Managing Director of network and services consultant company, Orange Business, a subsidiary of telecommunications giant, Orange.

Indeed, this role will mark his first C-suite position and will see him oversee all operational strategy and implementation, as well as helping to support the supplier's overall development, organization and growth as he enters the gaming industry for the first time.

Speaking on his appointment, Insulander said: “Throughout my career I have always been passionate about creating customer value by building high-quality services and strong operations. I’m excited to join Internet Vikings at such a dynamic stage of the company’s growth and to build on the strong foundation already in place as we continue to scale. I look forward to working with the team and building even better services together.”

Building on this was Internet Vikings Founder and CEO, Rickard Vikström, who stated: "We extend a warm welcome to Nicklas at Internet Vikings. Nicklas will play an important role in our operations and ensuring that we remain agile, efficient and focused on delivering outstanding value to our customers."

It has been a busy year so far for Internet Vikings, who built on their partnership expansion with Bragg Group in 2025 by brokering a number of additional partnerships in the state through the first and second quarters. Elsewhere, the supplier announced an Alberta-ready hosting solution for the newly regulated Canadian jurisdiction.
