Entain has announced a series of product enhancements spanning its UK, US and Brazilian operations. The upgrades include faster withdrawals, next-generation BetBuilder tools and localised features designed to cater to individual market preferences.
The company confirmed that 90% of withdrawals are now processed within one minute, citing improvements in site and app performance.
Entain's proprietary Football BetBuilder has also been expanded to allow customers to create in-play wagers, with turnover doubling its share to 12% in markets where it is active.
In the US, Entain's joint venture brand BetMGM has launched live same-game parlays for Major League Baseball and the NFL, with the NBA to follow. These developments are being delivered in partnership with Angstrom. BetMGM's latest app has also introduced live player props, real-time bet tracking on Apple devices and cash-out functionality.
In the UK, Ladbrokes and Coral have integrated a new "Quacca Bar" function, allowing customers to build and place multiples or BetBuilder bets without leaving the app.
Entain reported that more than 60% of bets are now being placed via this feature.
Brazil has also seen a series of market-specific innovations, including Fantasy Markets, AccaBoost and Stats Pro, a data hub that provides live tracking and advanced insights such as expected goals (xG).
Entain's Chief Technology Officer Satty Bhens commented: "Our Sportsbook product has never been stronger. We've closed the gap and are now pivoting from catching up to going beyond. From live single-game parlays in the US to in-play BetBuilders in Europe and Brazil, we're upgrading player experiences while modernising our trading back office."
The announcements follow Entain's investment in its core technology stack, which underpins operations across multiple international markets, including the UK, US, Austria, Spain, Greece, Canada and Brazil.
