Caesars Entertainment has launched mobile and in-person sports wagering in Missouri, following the state's opening of its regulated betting market on 1 December 2025.
The Caesars Sportsbook app is now accepting wagers statewide, while new retail sportsbooks have opened at Harrah's Kansas City and Horseshoe St. Louis for customers aged 21 and over.
The Caesars Sportsbook app is available on iOS, Android and desktop. It offers markets including same game parlays, player props, futures and live in play betting, as well as streaming for selected events.
As part of the launch, Caesars has also rolled out its Universal Digital Wallet in Missouri, enabling customers to move funds across Caesars platforms. Missouri is the twenty fourth state where the wallet is live and the first where it has been available from the first day of wagering.
Eric Hession, President of Caesars Digital, said: "Caesars Sportsbook is proud to deliver a premier sports wagering experience to Missouri and a special promotion that's true to the experience sports fans in the state should come to expect."
Launch events at Harrah's Kansas City and Horseshoe St. Louis included ceremonial first bets placed by former St. Louis Rams and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Trent Green and Chiefs Legend Christian Okoye.
Caesars said Green will visit all three Caesars Rewards destinations in the state, including Isle of Capri Boonville.
Caesars Rewards members can earn Tier Credits and Reward Credits for wagers placed through the app or at retail locations, with credits redeemable across Caesars properties in North America.
The company said its Missouri app includes responsible gambling tools such as deposit and spending limits, daily time limits and cooling off periods. Caesars also maintains an enhanced 21 plus policy across its products.
The Missouri launch follows Caesars' opening of a 16,000 square foot Caesars Sportsbook venue at Monmouth Park in New Jersey in November 2025. That facility formed part of a broader expansion strategy across regulated United States sports betting markets ahead of Missouri's market going live.
Caesars received RG Check accreditation from the Responsible Gambling Council in 2024 and later that year was recognised by the National Council on Problem Gambling for its corporate social responsibility efforts
