OpenBet has announced the acquisition of OmniLogic
This deal is expected to close in 2026 and will see OmniLogic’s Hungary team join Openbet

Gaming technology provider OpenBet has announced its plans to formally acquire sportsbook technology supplier OmniLogic for a currently undisclosed fee.

Indeed, this deal is anticipated to close in 2026 and remains subject to regulatory approvals. However, OpenBet has outlined that the merger will serve to further inflate its footprint across regulated lottery markets and provide additional sportsbook operator partnerships across the EMEA region.

The merger will see OmniLogic’s specialist sportsbook technology team, based principally in Hungary, join OpenBet as it seeks to scale its operations across the continent.

Speaking on this development OpenBet President Nikos Konstakis said: “OpenBet has built its leadership position by partnering with leading operators in the world’s most demanding regulated markets, and this acquisition is a natural extension of that strategy. It adds proven technology, specialist expertise and established customer partnerships that complement our existing capabilities and strengthen our global business.

“Lotteries remain the core focus of our growth strategy, and OmniLogic has built a strong reputation in this sector through long-standing customer partnerships and a deep understanding of their requirements. Bringing that expertise into OpenBet further strengthens our position in the global lottery market. We look forward to welcoming the OmniLogic team to OpenBet and building on the strong foundations they have created.”

Also commenting was Vicente Torrejón and Dávid Márk Gábor, Co-Founders of OmniLogic, who added: “Our focus has always been on providing our customers with reliable technology, deep expertise and long-term partnership. Joining OpenBet gives us the opportunity to build on that foundation as part of one of the world’s leading sportsbook businesses.

“For our customers, it brings the additional scale, capabilities and product portfolio of OpenBet, while maintaining the specialist knowledge and continuity they value today. For our team, it creates an exciting opportunity to become part of a global organisation with a strong commitment to the lottery sector.”
