After forming a multi-year agreement on November 6, DraftKings has made its debut on ESPN programming as the sports media network's new Official Sportsbook and Odds Provider.
"ESPN's unmatched visibility across the world of sports make this collaboration a natural fit," DraftKings Co-Founder and CEO Jason Robins said at the time of announcement.
"As an innovative leader in digital sports entertainment, DraftKings is uniquely positioned to integrate our technology and products with ESPN's iconic brand and storytelling power. Together, we're delivering a seamless, engaging and responsible experience that elevates how fans connect with live sports."
Beginning December 1, viewers will now see DraftKings integrations throughout ESPN programming, including the new ESPN Bet Live show.
ESPN Bet's sportsbook operations were terminated after the network concluded its agreement with Penn Entertainment on November 6, but the brand will still exist for sports betting content purposes on ESPN.
"Our betting approach has focused on offering an integrated experience within our products," ESPN Chairman Jimmy Pitaro said on November 6.
"Working with DraftKings, a leader in the space, will allow us to build upon that foundation, continue to super-serve passionate sports fans and grow our ESPN direct-to-consumer business. We are excited about this new collaboration with DraftKings."
DraftKings also launched exclusive same game parlays (SGPs) prior to the NFL's Monday Night Football game on December 1, including First Take's Monday Night SGP, Get Up's Monday Night Parlay and the NFL Live on ESPN SGP.
The announcement also noted Penn Entertainment would continue to serve as an ESPN advertising client while the operator rebrands its online sports betting product to "theScore Bet."
DraftKings began operating mobile sports wagering in Missouri on December 1, having received a direct sports betting license from the Missouri Gaming Commission in August along with Circa Sports
